Terms & Conditions for Bulk Orders

1. Definition:

• A bulk order is defined as an order of 50 or more pieces per product variant (SKU).
• All orders are subject to stock availability, production capacity, and raw material
availability.
• If the order can be accommodated, specific terms of service (rates, delivery time, packaging, etc.) will be mutually agreed upon before confirmation.
• Euphoria™ reserves the right to refuse or adjust any bulk order inquiry at its discretion. Customer will be informed accordingly.

2. Order Confirmation:

• Upon receipt of an online bulk order inquiry, a member of the Euphoria™ Customer Service team will contact you for confirmation & details.
• All bulk orders are subject to prior confirmation of stock availability, material availability, and production feasibility at the time of ordering.
• Orders shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment.
• All orders once confirmed are final, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged once confirmed.

3. Pricing & Discounts:

• Special discounts may be offered on bulk orders.
• Discounts may vary depending on order size, product type, and inventory levels at the time of confirmation.
• The final item-wise discount percentage and price will be communicated and confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
• Euphoria™ reserves the final right to set, modify, or withdraw any discount without prior notice before order confirmation.

4. Payment Policy:

• Customers must pay 50% advance at the time of order confirmation. Payments can be made in the form of Bank Transfers (IBFT) or Bank Deposit.
• The remaining 50% must be paid in full before dispatch/shipment.
• Bulk orders will only be processed after proof of payment has been received by our Customer Service team.
• All payments are non-refundable.

5. Processing & Delivery Time:

• Standard bulk deliveries may take 10–15 business days to process and deliver, depending on order size and availability.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. Euphoria™ shall not be held liable for any delay due to production, raw material shortages, logistics, or any unforeseen circumstances. Our Customer Service team shall inform about the status of delivery to thecustomer.
• Bulk orders will generally be packed in corrugated cartons. For specific carton sizes or specialized packaging, customers must confirm requirements in advance with Customer Service. Additional costs may apply.

6. General Conditions & Liability:

• Once confirmed, , quantities, or specifications cannot be altered.
• All bulk orders are sold on a final-sale basis and are non-exchangeable, non- returnable, and non-refundable.
• Euphoria™ shall not be responsible for any indirect loss, delay, or damage arising from bulk orders, including but not limited to production delays, courier delays, or quality variances within industry-accepted tolerance levels.
• Submitting a bulk order inquiry implies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
