Return & Exchange Policy

At Euphoria, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
  1.  Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    1. Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days of receiving their order.

    2. The customers are requested not to accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the parcel seal is tampered with.

    3.  To qualify for return or exchange, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
      1. Product(s) should be in unused and unwashed condition.
      2. Product(s) should be returned in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
      3. Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

    4.  Returns or exchanges are only accepted for:
      1. Incorrect items were sent.
      2. Products that are defective or damaged before or during delivery.

  2.  Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

    1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
       1.  Products that have been used, washed, altered, or show signs of wear.
       2.  Items purchased during sale events, promotional offers, or clearance.
    2. Euphoria reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined above.

  3.  How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

3.1. To start the return or exchange process, please contact our Customer Support team through either of the following:

3.2. When contacting us, kindly include the following details:

Order number
Product name(s)
Reason for return or exchange
Images (if the product is defective or damaged)

3.3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the next steps, which may include:

1. Arranging a courier pickup from your address (if available). 
2. Sharing the return address for you to send the product back.

3.4. We do not offer a cash refund; instead, a coupon will be issued of the same value, which the customers can utilize to shop online. The coupon will be valid for 30 days & redeemable on shopateuphoria.com only.

3.5.  Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category, depending on the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. If the Euphoria quality control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, then we will not be able to consider the return or exchange.

     4. Inspection and Approval Process

4.1. Once the returned item is received, our Quality Assurance team will:

Inspect the product(s) for compliance with the return conditions.
Approve or reject the return based on their findings.

4.2. You will be notified of the outcome within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

    5. Refunds and Exchanges

5.1. If your return is approved, you may choose:
An exchange (based on item availability)
A refund, depending on the payment method used (only for prepaid orders).
5.2. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5.3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead:

A store voucher equal to the order amount will be provided.
The voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.

    6. Additional Notes

6.1. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item sent.
6.2. Euphoria reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
