Our Customized Towels allow you to personalize premium-quality towels with your own embroidery of logos, initials, or designs. Whether you’re a brand looking to elevate your corporate gifting, a hotel ensuring every detail speaks luxury, or an individual marking a special occasion, Euphoria™ brings your vision to life with unmatched craftsmanship and care.
Our towels are made using responsibly sourced cotton, processed in world-class facilities by Feroze1888 Mills, ensuring exceptional softness, durability, and absorbency. Every customization request is handled with precision - because your towel deserves to be as unique as you are.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Definitions:
1.1 All customized towel orders are subject to product and machine capacity availability.
1.2 If the order can be accommodated, specific terms of service (rates, delivery times,
packaging, etc.) will be mutually agreed upon before confirmation of the order.
1.3 Euphoria™ reserves the right to refuse or adjust any customized order inquiry at its
discretion. The customer will be informed accordingly prior to order booking.
2. Order Confirmation:
2.1 Upon receipt of an online customized towel inquiry, a member of the Euphoria™ Customer
Service team will contact you for confirmation of order details.
2.2 All customized orders are subject to prior confirmation of stock availability, accessories
availability, and production feasibility at the time of ordering.
2.3 Once all order details are agreed with the customer, Euphoria™ will send an official email of
acknowledgement for customer final sign off.
2.4 For all customized orders the customer shall be required to pay at least 50% of the total order
value in advance within 3 working days for the order to be considered as “Confirmed”.
2.5 All orders once confirmed are final, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled,
modified, or exchanged.
3. Payment Policy:
3.1 Customers must pay 50% of the total order value in advance at the time of order
confirmation. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (IBFT) or Bank Deposit.
3.2 Customized towel orders will only be processed after proof of payment has been received by
our Customer Service team.
3.3 All payments are non-refundable.
4. Processing & Delivery Time:
4.1 Customized towel deliveries may take between 5 to 10 business days to deliver.
4.2 Delivery timelines are best estimates only and may vary. Customers can always check with
our Customer Service for order tracking.
4.3 Euphoria™ shall not be held liable for any delay due to production constraints, raw material
shortages, logistics, and / or any unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Our Customer Service team shall keep the customer informed about the delivery status.
4.5 For specialized / gift packaging or bulk quantity requirements, customers must first confirm
the detailed requirements in advance. Additional costs may apply for specialized packaging.
5. Design & Final Approval:
5.1 Customers are responsible for providing final artwork, design files, or logo placement
instructions at the time of order.
5.2 Euphoria™ will share a digital mockup for customer approval before production.
5.3 Once finally approved by the customer, the design cannot be changed or withdrawn.
5.4 Slight variations in color, size and design may occur in the actual towel(s) once customized.
6. General Conditions & Liability:
6.1 Once an order is confirmed, quantities and / or specifications cannot be altered.
6.2 All customized orders are final-sale, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-
refundable.
6.3 Euphoria™ shall not be responsible for any indirect loss, delay, or damage, including but not
limited to courier delays, production hold-ups, or quality variations within industry-accepted
tolerance levels.
6.4 Placing a customized towel order implies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed
to all these terms and conditions in full.
